Pakistani delegation, headed by Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani attends the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected President of Djibouti.

Islamabad : Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjarani, along with a three-member delegation attended the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected President of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelle, held today.

The Pakistani delegation, on the special invitation of the President of Djibouti, attended the investiture ceremony. Heads of state, high-level delegations and leaderships of other countries also participated in the swearing-in ceremony.

The Chairman Senate also had side-line meetings with heads and leaders of different countries. The Chairman Senate and members of the delegation felicitated the newly elected President of Djibouti.

The newly elected President of Djibouti also gave a reception in honour of the participants. Sadiq Sanjrani expressed his gratitude for the invitation to the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected President H.E Ismail Omar Guelle.

In his remarks, Sanjrani hoped that the newly elected President will play his part in further enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries.
